This site is a record of our experiences treating my Great Dane Mickey for Wobbler Syndrome (cervical vertebral instability) and Spondylosis (spinal arthritis) with Gold Bead Implants. The procedure was performed by Dr. Terry Durkes at Western Animal Hospital in Marion, IN. I have included pictures of the implant sites, and Mickey's neck wrap.

Hi, I am wondering if you can give me some advice.
my 6 1/2 year old Great Dane seems to have something appear pretty strong the last couple of days. She is swaying more to the right, can't seem to stand up straight, neck is down and kind of on an angle. Does that seem like wobblers syndrome to you? I just starting doing some research tonight and came across your site. I had her to the vet yesterday about a torn nail on her toe and I mentioned about her swaying and the vet didn't seem to pick it up. Any suggestions/advice?
